1. RENDER A VERDICT (v31)

• “Now is the judgement of this world”

• John 9:39 – “for judgement I came into this world”

• John 5:22-24 – “he does not come into judgement, but passes from death to life”

• Col 2:13-14

• What verdict will be rendered on you?

2. REMOVE SATAN’S POWER (v31b)

• “now will the ruler of this world be cast out.”

• Satan had one significant power – to rightfully accuse of sin (Zech 3:1, Job 1 & 2). Jesus disarmed this power. Col 2:15

3. ROUND UP HIS FLOCK (v32)

• “I…will draw all people to myself”

• John 10:16 – “I have other sheep not of this fold. I must bring them also…”

• John 6:44 – “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him.”

• 2 Cor 5:21

4. RESTORE A RELATIONSHIP (v36)

• “believe in the light, that you may become sons of light”

• John 20:31 “…that by believing you may have life in his name”

• Col 1:27 “which is Christ in you, the hope of glory”

5. REVEAL GOD’S GLORY (v27-30)

• “But for this purpose I have come to this hour. Father, glorify your name”
